I have just returned from an agent educational trip to South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. It was an exceptional experience and a memorable trip. We were treated to 5 star properties with 5 star services. The group saw the "Big Five"; four of them within an hour of our very first game drive. We spent about half an hour following a leopard - a rare sighting!! Southern Africa offers magnificent natural beauty with the plains and bushveld to mountain passes along rich winelands in the Southern Cape.
A few hightlights of my trip...

- Bomas; outdoor gourment dining around a campfire and overlooking the watering holes which created our own live theatre.
- Sundowner in the African bush; wine tasting and h'orderves from a suspended table off the land rover.
- Outdoor showers under a canopy of stars.
- Shopping for native handcrafts.
- Gorge swing near Victoria Falls.
- Game viewing from a boat, open safari vehicle and elephant back.
I found Africa to be a very safe and friendly destination when traveling with a small group and a reputable tour company.
